Trolleybuses are the part of public transport in Vilnius, my hometown. I did a similar illustration of Australian animals riding a Melbourne tram and felt that I have to do this Lithuanian version. Irony of travelling in a trolleybus is that it, like a tram is connected to it’s route and can’t do any detours. Fun fact: if it stops in the tiny area where cables are connected (traffic jam in the middle of intersection can cause it) - there is no power. To move it passengers push the trolleybus for few centimeters.
I did this in my own improvised “summer residency” in Kernavė, Lithuania, where I had a chance to explore airbrush technique.
